Our Arctic Sauna Cabin is ideal for up to 5 Adults. The Sauna is internally clad with Thermowood including the 2 tier benches. Our trademarked sloping walled design has been incorporated to give maximum space inside from a small footprint and also includes bench storage to the front of the Sauna Cabin.

Yes. Arctic Cabins provide a full delivery & installation service for all our cabins by our fully trained installation teams.

They are supplied weatherproofed in our trusted wood preservative. Most of our customers choose this option. Alternatively, you can opt to have them supplied untreated if you wish, which gives you the complete freedom and choice to paint and stain your new Sauna cabin to fit your garden and home. 

Our Arctic Sauna Cabin needs a space of 3.9m x 3.7m. Our team can provide you with drawings of the Sauna cabin with width, depth and height.

Thermowood is a type of wood (we use Scandinavian Redwood), that has undergone a thermal modification process to improve its properties. The process involves heat-treating the wood at high temperatures in the absence of oxygen. The process is also known as thermal modification or heat treatment and takes place in a controlled environment.

You will need an electrical supply to the Sauna Cabin which we do not supply. This will need to be a 32amp supply. 

As well as providing a warm and comforting place to relax, reflect and unwind, regularly using a sauna is associated with a wide range of physical health benefits, with some studies even suggesting that taking time to sit in a sauna 2-3 times a week can improve life expectancy and reduce the risk of developing various cardiovascular health complications.
