We love our 10 metre BBQ Cabin!
It’s not often you get Great service through each process of sales, purchase, administration and installation! Brilliant team effort! Special mention must go to Ben and James (The Dream Team) who installed our Cabin. We were amazed at how hard they worked and were very professional.
A Genuine 5 Star Service. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.
Once we decided to purchase a 10M2 Arctic Cabin and contacted the company to place an order they couldn't have been more helpful. Deposit paid, instalment date booked and on the day the 2 guys were with us just before 7AM, worked solidly assembling the cabin, tidying away everything before then going through the instructions for use making sure we fully understood. Having also purchased another cabin from them 13 years ago I would highly recommend Arctic Cabins as a professional company, selling top quality products. Will be a real pleasure to have all year round use from our cabin.

After visiting the showroom we brought a 10m arctic cabin, excellent communication with all the staff and the fitting crew were brilliant guys. Thanks to Jake and all the staff at arctic cabins Nottingham
Absolutely amazing experience from visiting the showroom, to ordering, fitting and after sales service. Arctic Cabins kept us informed right through the whole process and would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a Cabin. It’s made an amazing addition to our garden and everyone that visits absolutely loves it!
First, the cabin is extremely well made, weather resistant and attractive. From George at the sales stage, to Nikki in aftercare, and especially the delivery and fitting teams - nice to meet such skillful, dedicated and professional folks these days. All knowledgeable and passionate about the product and the brand.
If you are thinking of taking the plunge and getting one - do it and do it with Arctic Cabins. You get exactly what you pay for. Care, attention, luxury.
Very, very pleased with our 10m cabin. From the original Sales visit, subsequent measurements and support with planning and to final installation everything ran smoothly. A special mention to the installation team, Adam and Darren, who arrived 15 minutes ahead of time having spent a 2.5 hour drive down to our property and then spent the next 7.5 hours erecting the cabin and showing off the different features. We highly recommend Arctic Cabins. A pleasure doing business.
We have had our cabin for almost two years. The whole experience from planning to installation was superb. We use the cabin 4-5 days a week and it has been a welcomed retreat over the years. Well worth the investment.
Outstanding product. Knowledgeable informative sales staff. Fast efficient and skilled construction staff.
Highly recommend the product and can’t fault the service.
