The Promoter of this prize draw is Quality Timber Buildings Ltd incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 07751766 whose registered office is Hewlett House, Solomon Road, Cossall Industrial Estate, Cossall, Ilkeston, Derbyshire, DE7 5UA.
The prize draw is open to all mainland UK residents living within a 120 miles radius of the registered office address, aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. In submitting an entry to the draw you confirm you are eligible to do so and you are able to meet the Delivery Requirements in condition 10.
The prize draw is free to enter and no prior purchase is necessary.
All entries must be submitted either online or in person at the show site at Cabin Master & Arctic Cabins Show Site, 251 Toton Lane, Stapleford, Nottingham, NG9 7JA or Cabin Master & Arctic Cabins Show Site, Studley Garden Centre, Henley Road, Studley, B80 7DR and one entry per household is permitted.
The opening date for entries is 9am on August 1st 2026. The closing date of the prize draw is 6pm on 31 August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 7 September 2026 ("Draw Date").
The winner will receive £10,000 off RRP price of a Bespoke Cabin Master garden room or Arctic Cabins BBQ Cabin.
Prize cannot be redeemed against our Cabin Master Studio Range.
By supplying the prize, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties in relation to planning permission, suitability or any other requirements for which you will be solely responsible. The prize will be supplied subject to the Promoter’s standard terms of conditions.
Delivery and installation will take place within 365 days of the competition draw date. Delivery and installation of the prize is conditional on the winner clearing and levelling the garden space prior to installation and providing clear and direct access to the garden space (“Delivery Requirements”) and any other reasonable requirements which will be notified in advance.
The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) before 8 September 2026 and must provide their home address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 4 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails victoria.parkinson@arcticcabins.co.uk and kay.pollard@arcticcabins.co.uk or writes to Quality Timber Buildings Ltd or Arctic Cabins Limited, Hewlett House, Solomon Road, Cossall Industrial Estate, Cossall, Ilkeston, Derbyshire, DE7 5UA (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 5. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact victoria.parkinson@arcticcabins.co.uk and kay.pollard@arcticcabins.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
