5. All entries must be submitted either online or in person at the show site at Cabin Master & Arctic Cabins Show Site, 251 Toton Lane, Stapleford, Nottingham, NG9 7JA or Cabin Master & Arctic Cabins Show Site, Studley Garden Centre, Henley Road, Studley, B80 7DR and one free entry per household is permitted. Additional Bonus entries as identified in clause 4 may then be added. Entries generated by automated means, multiple identities or fraudulent methods will be disqualified.
6. The opening date for entries is 9am on August 4th 2026. The closing date of the prize draw is 6pm on 31 August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
8. The winner will be selected at random using a computer-generated random selection process from all valid entries on 7 September 2026 ("Draw Date").
9. “Qualifying Cabin” refers to a bespoke Cabin Master Garden Room or one Arctic Cabins BBQ Cabin.
10. The prize consists of a discount of £10,000 (inclusive of VAT) from the Recommended Retail Price of one qualifying bespoke Cabin Master Garden Room or one Arctic Cabins BBQ Cabin purchased from the Promoter. The overall value of the winners building may exceed £10,000 and the winner will pay the difference between the total value and the prize value.
11. “Recommended Retail price” is inclusive of VAT, delivery and installation. For inclusions and exclusions see our T’s & C’s.
12. Multiple buildings may be purchased, but the prize will be £10,000 discount off the total order.
13. Prize cannot be redeemed against our Cabin Master Studio Range.
14. Not in conjunction with any other offers including finance purchases.
15. By supplying the prize, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties in relation to planning permission, suitability or any other requirements for which you will be solely responsible. The obtaining of planning permission, building regulation approvals, landlord consent, estate covenant approvals and any other statutory consents is entirely the winner's responsibility. The prize will be supplied subject to the Promoter’s standard Terms and Conditions.
16. Delivery and installation will take place within 365 days of the competition draw date. Delivery and installation of the prize is conditional on the winner clearing and levelling the garden space prior to installation and providing clear and direct access to the garden space (“Delivery Requirements”) and any other reasonable requirements which will be notified in advance. A site survey will be undertaken free of charge to assess the suitability. Any additional groundworks will not be covered by the prize.
17. If, following the site survey, installation is not reasonably possible because the Delivery Requirements cannot be met, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value or withdraw the prize.
18. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) before 8 September 2026 and must provide their home address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 4 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
19. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
20. The winner is responsible for any taxation arising from acceptance of the prize.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
22. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
23. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails marketing@arcticcabins.co.uk or writes to Quality Timber Buildings Ltd or Arctic Cabins Limited, Hewlett House, Solomon Road, Cossall Industrial Estate, Cossall, Ilkeston, Derbyshire, DE7 5UA (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 5. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact marketing@arcticcabins.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
24. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where necessary because of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
26. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
27. 28. Entry into the prize draw does not automatically subscribe entrants to marketing communications. Marketing communications will only be sent where the entrant has separately consented.
29. The winner may be invited to participate in publicity but is under no obligation to do so, in order to announce the completion on our website and social media channels.
30. These Terms and Conditions and this Prize Draw are governed by English law. If any entrants to this Prize Draw wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
