The Garden Show at Firle Place

Friday 19th - Sunday 21st April 2024

 

The Garden Show at Firle Place is an annual springtime event set in the beautiful surroundings of Firle Estate, in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Set over three days, it features specialist growers, garden related goods, artisan designs, homeware products, fashion accessories & delicious country foods. There are daily talks, activities for young & old, expert advice and a variety of music & entertainment!

Firle Place has been the home of the Gage family for over 500 years. Set at the foot of the Sussex Downs within its own parkland, this unique house (originally Tudor) is built of Caen stone and was remodelled in the 18th Century. The house contains a magnificent collection of Old Master paintings, fine English and European furniture and an impressive collection of Sèvres porcelain. Firle Place will be open to visitors of the Garden Show on all three days. Be sure to check it out (before or after visiting our exhibition!)
