Grand Designs Live 2022

We will have our 10m BBQ cabin on display at Grand Designs Live 2022 this October, so come along & meet the team and see for yourself how amazing our BBQ Cabins are! Meet the team and see why our trademarked sloping walls give you extra space and the best seating position whilst enjoying many hours in your new cabin so all your BBQ's are dry for the future! But many of our owners bought their cabins as a peaceful escape, a relaxing room in the garden. Others use them for the grandchildren so they can have tech-free time! Whatever you choose to use your cabin for, you will enjoy it 365 days of the year.

Regardless of what stage your build project is at or whether you're renovating one room in your home, we have all the information and inspiration you need for your very own Grand Design project. Located at Birmingham’s NEC, Grand Designs Live features the latest in ideas, innovation and home project guidance. Visitors can find an array of exhibitors, experts and live talks, across four unique Project Zones; Build, Kitchens & Bathrooms, Gardens and Interiors.

What's on?

  • The Sustainable Future Theatre is devoted to issues surrounding sustainability. You can enjoy talks and panel discussions from experts on topics such as how to plan an eco-build or refit a house, as well as get advice tailored to your project. Plus, sit down and chat with an expert, to get the latest tips and advice on how to make your home eco-friendly.
  • New to Grand Designs Live Birmingham is the Interiors Theatre, the place to find a mix of upcycling demos, interior inspiration, makeovers, as well as talks on organised space and de-cluttering.
  • The UK’s leading authority on professional upcycling for interiors, the House of Upcycling, will feature five member artisans on the stage. From furniture restoration and refinishing to upcycled lighting, artcycling (using furniture as a canvas for art) to decoupage, this is a unique opportunity to learn about the skills used by professionals to create designer-upcycling.
