1. The Competition
This free competition is open to Notts County fans for the chance to win an opportunity to take part in a sporting challenge against a Notts County player.

There is no monetary prize associated with the competition.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to anyone who wishes to enter. There is no minimum or maximum age limit.
Entrants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate. Parental or guardian permission may be requested before the winner takes part in the event.
3. How to Enter
The competition is free to enter. No purchase is necessary. All details are on our website; www.arcticcabins.co.uk and our social media pages.
Only entries submitted in accordance with the competition instructions will be eligible. One entry per person will apply unless otherwise stated in the competition post.
4. Winner Selection
The competition winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winners will be drawn on Monday 19 October 2026.
The organisers' decision regarding the selection of winners will be final.
5. The Event
The sporting challenge event will take place at:

Time: 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Winners must be available to attend the event at the stated date, time and location.
If a winner is unable to attend, the organisers reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Participation in the Event
Winners will have the opportunity to compete against a Notts County player across the sporting challenges.
The organisers reserve the right to amend, replace or adjust any of the challenges if circumstances require.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow reasonable instructions given by the event organisers and venue staff.
7. Filming, Photography and Promotion
The event will be filmed and photographed for promotional and marketing purposes.
By accepting the prize and attending the event, winners agree to being filmed, photographed and recorded and give permission for this content to be used by the organisers and their associated partners for promotional, marketing and social media purposes.
This may include, but is not limited to, photographs, video footage and social media content featuring the winners.
For participants under the age of 18, parental or legal guardian consent to filming and use of promotional content will be required.
8. No Cash Alternative
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative prize.
9. Responsibility
Participants take part in the sporting challenges at their own risk and must follow all safety instructions provided at the venue.
The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the event except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes or Cancellation
The organisers reserve the right to amend, postpone or cancel the competition or event where circumstances outside their reasonable control make this necessary.
Any significant changes will be communicated to entrants or winners where reasonably possible.
11. Data and Contact Details
Entrants agree that the information they provide when entering the competition may be used to administer the competition and contact the winner.
Personal information will not be used for unrelated marketing purposes unless the entrant has separately given consent to receive such communications.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the competition, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
For entrants under 18, their parent or legal guardian must agree to the relevant participation and filming requirements before the entrant can take part in the event.
