Hugely impressed with Arctic Cabins. From our first enquiry, to looking around their show site, to ordering, to the installation, they were friendly, professional and helpful. We're now proud owners of a 10m2 cabin which services as my garden office and writing space (I'm a busy author and with a noisy house, have needed a quiet space to write in for years). Would thoroughly recommend Arctic Cabins.

Fantastic installation and end result! The installation team from the delivery of base materials to full installation of the cabin were polite , friendly and arrived when they said they would! The cabin was up and ready in just 4hrs and the complimentary accessories are lovely…the only thing I’d say it would be nice to have included is a hook of some sort for the door? But otherwise very pleased and looking forward to lots of social gatherings over the summer and beyond!

Arctic Cabins are a truly brilliant company to deal with… friendly, professional and helpful throughout. From the first contact following our initial enquiry, to the sales and installation teams we cannot find fault with anything. They kept us up to date with every step of the process, times of delivery etc. We opted for the Arctic bar, the end product is top quality and stunning. I’m not even a customer but had a question about our pre-existing barbecue lodge. They were so very, very helpful and gave me advice and guidance even though I wasn’t buying any products. Blown away by the lovely customer service!

Every once in a while I stumble upon amazing Companies that just deliver everything I could expect and then some. Arctic Cabins are one of them.We had been thinking about a BBQ cabin for a while and went to their show site just to see what was on offer.It’s a great show piece and we were allowed to look around in peace. After an appropriate amount of time, David came over to say hello and explained everything to us. He was really helpful and took a note of our requirements then left us to it. We met again at a show day at a retail outlet and decided to go ahead.The installation team of Adam and Matt couldn’t be faulted - such a great pair of hard working, polite and quality conscious guys.We’re really pleased with our cabin and we’d recommend Arctic Cabins without hesitation!

If you are in the area and remotely interested in a BBQ Cabin, I highly recommend visiting this show site. Some things you just have to experience for yourself. These Cabins are amazing, spacious and such high specification. The team are so helpful as well, well worth the visit!

We bought a 17m2 sloping side cabin with extension. Really impressed with the quality and amazing design of the structure which has become a wonderful retreat in our garden. The whole process from sales to assembly was very professional and friendly. The cabin was erected in the middle of the June '19 storms but that didn't deter or delay the work and Darren, 'Toddy' and Sean just got on with it and finished the job on time; very impressive.Maggie & Sean.

I bought a 10m square BBQ cabin with 3 metre extension the whole deal was dealt with very promptly and professionally especially after I had been let down seriously from another supplier.Myself and my wife are so pleased we chose Arctic Cabins the whole deal dealt with very quickly ordered, delivered and built in about 3 weeks you cannot get better service. On Thurs 13th May Adam and Matt turned up very early and started to work straight away ,they are a very polite ,good humoured, hard working pair of lads no bad language just head down and got on with the Job. With members of staff like Adam and Matt no wonder Arctic have got such a good reputation, I have absolutely no doubt in giving 5 stars if I could give six I would.aAngus Turvill

Delighted with our new 10m2 BBQ Hut from Arctic Cabins. We originally used one of these on holiday in Scotland a few years ago and now having the space for one we visited Arctic Cabins in Nottingham a couple of times to ensure we choose the right size one for us.It was installed in just 6 hours with the installers arriving bright and early at 7.00am. We've only had it up for just over a week but our initial experiences have been great. Despite some terrible weather since installation (rain and yet more rain) we've spent more time in the BBQ Hut than we have in our living room.

Very, very pleased with our 10m cabin. From the original Sales visit, subsequent measurements and support with planning and to final installation everything ran smoothly. A special mention to the installation team, Adam and Darren, who arrived 15 minutes ahead of time having spent a 2.5 hour drive down to our property and then spent the next 7.5 hours erecting the cabin and showing off the different features. Highly recommended. A pleasure doing business.

Absolutely brilliant, including supply of a new door lock (at no charge) after I slammed the door with the latch down!Great to be able to say to friends and family come for a BBQ regardless of the weather.The service from Arctic Cabins was and remains brilliant, would certainly recommend them.

We bought our cabin nearly two years ago. It was installed quickly and the guys were excellent, helpful and polite. They had no problems with carrying all the panels the 50 metres to the concrete base. We have had two problems with one of the window surrounds where the wood had deteriorated and recently misting in one of the double plazed panels. Both of these issues were dealt with very quickly with no quibbles, replacing with new parts. Really fantastic customer care. The cabin has been great to use, in particular the built in barbecue is so easy to use compared to the normal, freestanding one. Even though we had a couple of issues I would without any hesitation recommend this company and their products.

Our Pixie Hut was installed just over one year ago. I can honestly say that we have no regrets at all. When I look out onto our garden I still get the same happy feeling as I did on day one. Lounging inside with good friends sharing good food and good wine confirms that we made the right decision when we said yes....Thank you.

WoW if you want the best then try Arctic Cabins! We have had a BBQ Lodge, these truly are amazing, well built, super quality timber, great entertaining hub. Excellent Installation, all packaging taken away and Customer Service - Thank You Arctic Cabins, we are truly Happy Customers
