These cabins have been displayed once at a show or event we have attended. The BBQ unit is unused, and in immaculate condition. They will be delivered to you fully-loaded, which includes BBQ unit, LED lights, bench cushions and Finnish accessory pack. Price includes delivery and installation within a 100 mile radius of the Arctic Cabins factory (DE7 5UA). Please enquire for prices outside this area. Ex-demo BBQ cabins purchased in the offer are to be installed in February or March 2026.

HOW TO FIND US
Our Nottingham Show Site is situated next to the Toton Tram Station in Stapleford, Nottinghamshire. NG9 7JA
Our West Midlands show site is located at Studley Garden Centre, B80 7DR.
If you are travelling by car via the M1 take junction 25 and follow signs for Nottingham A52. At the first roundabout (Bardills Garden Centre) position your car in the right hand lane, turn right going through the roundabout towards the Tram Station.
Take your next left at the lights and immediately left again into our large car park.
There is a lovely Tearoom on site and the Japanese Water Gardens with an array of different fish & other small animals. A nice morning or afternoon out for the family.
