I ordered our BBQ Hut to go in the garden of our self catering cottage in the NW of Scotland. It has not let us down! Every guest has been delighted by it and our visitors book has been filled with glowing comments and details of meals enjoyed (even with 6 inches of snow outside!) It is a real asset, and will certainly bring people back.

It appeals to all ages. My son and two of his teenage friends went north for February half term and the three of them spent every evening out there chatting till late at night round the fire (this was in direct competition with a Sony Playstation which I had seen being packed into the boot before they left!) ....obviously no competition!

Gareth and his family team have been extremely helpful from the start. They traveled up from Nottingham to erect the hut and even returned a second time to fix a small problem with the chimney! Service above and beyond the call of duty! It is very solid and it’s sloping walls make it particularly comfortable and roomy, we have the smallest sized one and it can comfortably hold up to 8 people, with room to spare.

This is a purchase you will not regret!

When buying  a special item like our bbq lodge the experience should be a special one.

With Gareth and his team the service we received was exemplary, the product cant be faulted and we are now spending loads of quality time "up the garden" with no TV - even the kids are talking to us. The kids aged 11 and 7 had their birthday parties with their mates and its still talked about around the school.

So take our advice... buy one, build a fire, shut the door, and its like being on holiday without traveling.

Very happy with the cabin. We were kept well informed when it would arrive and be errected. The installation team were friendly with helpful advice.

We are absolutely delighted with our arctic cabin. Andy and James have done a marvelous job erecting and finishing the cabin. They have both worked incredibly hard, we could hardly believe how quickly the structure went up.

Our cabin looks absolutely fantastic and I am sure we will have many hours of pleasure in it with our family and friends - we might have to charge an admission fee! We would recommend Arctic Cabins to anyone thinking of installing a BBQ hut or similar structure.

Both of the people that came to install the cabin were very polite and professional. They arrived promptly and had everything they needed to complete the job. They are obviously skilled at what they do and can do it to a high standard.

Excellent service, very good product. I'm sure we will enjoy it for years to come!

A very professional installation.

We purchased our hut from Artic Cabins February 2007 after an evening in our friends hut in Knighton (down the road from Langbridge). Under Gareth's guidance we formed our own base making sure that we had the correct air flow underneath the hut for the coals to burn and vent correctly. This simple process is paramount as I have since heard of people having bad experiences with the incorrect methods.

On the day of installation I had two major surprises. Firstly the size of Gareth! He's a bloody giant standing some seven feet in height, and secondly the quality of the hut that we had purchased and the professionalism of the erection which only took two guys a few hours to put up, with the help of tea and bacon sarnies. The hut was completed by late afternoon the site was cleared of all rubbish and we were ready to light the charcoals.

Since then we have had many enjoyable evenings with our mates in our hut which has become a real talking point. Christmas time is especially good as we usually decorate it with fairy lights and make a hot punch bowl which we leave above the embers to keep it warm. Everyone loves a BBQ in our hut and and cannot wait to return.

Since then we have set up a bed and breakfast business from our home on the Isle of Wight and we are truly looking forward to our customers enjoying it with us. If you have any reservations about purchasing a hut I will be happy to speak to you at any time.

Attached are a few pictures of our cabin as requested by your letter to us. I only wish it was set at the bottom of a very large wooded garden, but I can't have everything!! I don't think it overpowers our garden though and it causes anyone passing to wonder what the hell the chimney sticking up over the fence belongs to?? We have had many great parties in it including one at Christmas where we got 17 people and a dog in it and it is only the small version of your huts!!!
